1. Gain a deep understanding of testing requirements and testing processes, understand mechanical design intent, and electrical control logic;

2. Develop and debug upper computer software for automation equipment and special testing equipment;

3. Conduct in-depth analysis and accurate assessment of problems encountered during projects;

4. Anticipate potential issues that may affect project progress, actively analyze and solve problems, and provide timely and accurate reports to drive project progress proactively;

5. Summarize daily work periodically, continuously improve and refine internal software processes and standards, and accumulate experience;

6. Actively propose suggestions for the company's software development standards.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in full-time Electrical Automation/Computer Science or related fields preferred;

2. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience in non-standard automation industry software development are preferred;

3. Proficient in usingLabview for software programming, familiar with common design patterns and their usage scenarios, with experience in acquisition boards, CAN, LIN buses, and familiar with the DQMH design pattern;

4. Familiar with the use of various measurement instruments, proficient in using reasonable instrument drivers for program module development;

5. Familiar with data acquisition, signal processing, file storage, Access, MySQL, and other databases, as well as SQL language;

6. Good programming style;

7. Good communication skills;

8. Good work attitude, sense of responsibility and mission, willing to accept work arrangements and business trips.
